Team culture was one that helped me grow- in sales and personally, earnings conversations and potential was transparent and accurate, and I was around managers and an owner who cared about my personal growth and success. High expectations and culture led to two great summers.

Fair Warning

Build relationships with those you work with. It’s a hard job, but one that’s very rewarding and my experience at Fox set me up well to have two good summers. Though I only did two summers to pursue another career, there is great potential for growth within the company.
