Greenix was founded in 2011 by Matt and Gina Flanders and has since undergone several ownership changes. It currently offers pest control services in 18 states with 38 offices. It is the 11th largest pest control company in the United States and did $178 million in revenue in 2025. It currently employs ~870 people. Riata Capital Group invested in the company in 2020 and Gridiron Capital acquired Greenix in 2025.

Goal oriented and family culture

The Good

I loved working for Greenix. It was the second company that I had worked for and making the change was night to day. They have a very structured program to make every rep successful. I also was very impressed with the character of the people I worked with. There was a community feeling and everyone had a future goal or vision they were working for which elevated my work ethic and experience. Overall it was a great company to work for!

Great Company | Strong Management

The Good

Had a good experience overall here. Management was great and training was thorough. Only critique I’d have is I’ve heard reps have issues when trying to leave and will often times be penalized with any residual pay they have.
