Nice Guys - Would Not Return
The Good
I honestly enjoyed being with most of the people I worked with. Generally nice guys. Not sure if my group was better than average though. Also liked my manager.
Fair Warning
Training is not great (would actually say it is somewhat mid to bad). Owners also feel kind of like wheeler-dealers. Did NOT like the market I was selling in - everyone was used to incredibly cheap pest control. Overall not the worst choice, but DEFINITELY not the best choice either.

Summer Experience
The Good
I liked the team and managers. Felt less structured than other companies I sold for. Overall I was happy with them and I made what I deserved so I was really happy.

Pretty Decent Company
The Good
I thought that it was interesting because some of the stuff that they promised they'd do never ended up happening but I really liked the team that I was with and the culture. It was kind of hard to get all of the money that was promised, and they said that I would make way more at the beginning of summer. I also sold with the Grit and they did better trainings, and they had a more rigorous culture. Their market was also much better, Florida was trash.
Fair Warning
You should negotiate a high commission before signing up.

Sales Manager
The Good
They always give honest pay and transparency. Training is great and also really good service
Fair Warning
They care about honest sales reps. They want to have a card on file, charge on the doors, and a welcome call. They have great pay, but make sure you’re honest
