Company Overview
The Grit was founded in 2020 by three former employees of Greenix. They originally started as a marketing company, selling pest control for Aptive, Greenix and other companies. In recent years, they've created their own operation, Mira, which operates offices mainly in the Midwest as well as several in Utah, Florida and Georgia. The Grit currently operates mainly on a summer model, with the majority of reps starting in April/May and finishing up in August.
